At the age of 14, Giuseppe and his family embarked on a new adventure, moving to Elkhart, Indiana. Though far from his beloved Calabria, Giuseppe carried with him the flavors and techniques of his homeland. He dreamed of one day sharing the authentic tastes of southern Italy with his new community.

Years later, that dream has become a reality with Giuseppe's Traveling Trattoria, now run by his son Sasha Cataldo.
